A full refund will be made to you in the event the goods that you ordered are out of stock.

Kindly note and be aware that colours of items might be slightly different than illustrated as it is dependent on the resolution of your computer display which varies from PC to PC. Thus, there could possibly be slight colour variation.
Shipping & Delivery

All Goods are shipped from our overseas suppliers so delivery period might be longer or might be extended due to unforseen circumstances. We hope for your understanding and ask you to please bear with us.

Delivery period quoted are in good faith. We will not be held responsible in the event of transport delays or late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We practice weekly batch shipping. All goods are dispatched out via Courier Service on our weekly batch shipment every saturdays unless exceptional arrangement made or mentioned otherwise.

Please be mindful of the possible lengthy delivery process. Unless ready stock is available, where expected shipping will be within 3 days, Goods are normally delivered from Overseas which overall average Delivery Time frame will take 2-3 weeks with maximum of 60 days for selective items. Of course, We will try if it is within our means to expedite as best we could.

Alternatively, Express Shipping could aslo be arranged. However, it will incur additional costs. Please notify us should you require such arrangement and we will revert to you with an estimate of the additional charges.
